Q: How long does shipping take?

A: We offer EMS, DHL shipping worldwide, it usually takes 7-10 working days to deliver your order.

 

 

Q: It’s been two weeks, where is my order?

A: Though we do not expect this to happen, if there is any significant delay with your order we will contact you immediately. We will be in contact with you from the time you place your order until you receive your delivery. After your item has left our location, we can provide you with a shipment tracking number in most cases, at our own discretion. Once your order ships, this tracking number will automatically be emailed to you, so there is no need to email us asking if your package has shipped, as we usually notify customers the same day their order ships.

 

Q: I am loking for a Tape Measure that i don’t see listed on your site,can you provide them?

A: If you are looking to purchase a Tape Measure we do not have listed on our Site please contact serviceuk@tapemeasureuk.co.uk with a Picture of the Tape Measure you have with a possible Serial Number of the Tape Measure or the Model number of the Tape Measure. More Details given would be easier and quicker to locate the Tape Measure at the Factories.

Q: I ordered and recieved the Tape Measure But i wish to change it for some other model,What are my options?

A: If you wish to change your Tape Measure for a different model or feel that you have made a mistake and ordered a Wrong Tape Measure, we allow an exchange process within 3 days of receiving the Tape Measure and a $20 Handing & shipping cost will apply.
